my agile journey

started as an answer to this quest. I was in constant search, learning and developing myself together with some of the most excellent people and teams I was working with in Croatia (Hrvatska) and Europe. I gained valuable experience in entrepreneurship, product and software development, helping organisations and development teams to achieve independence and high effectiveness through agile and lean practices (Innovation, Scrum, Kanban). I worked as Scrum Master in Ericsson Nikola Tesla with teams in UK, India and Croatia, later as an external Agile coach in Croatian Telekom for Digital & Agile tribe and in 2019 as an agile coach for Daimler-Mercedes. Since 2020 I work as an external Agile coach with Dotmetrics and IPSOS UK and Roche. At the moment I also work with Infobip and hold private training for individuals and companies.

As I like to know more about the things I am passionate about I also became a Licensed Management 3.0 Facilitator, Certified Practitioner in Executive Coaching from AoEC, Certified Erickson Solution Focused Coach, Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Professional, Certified LeSS Practitioner (Large Scale Scrum) and Certified Visual Facilitator from Bikablo Akademie, applying coaching and visual facilitation in my everyday work.

This journey led me to where I am today and not only that I am grateful for that but also proud that I managed to turn it into something beautiful. My wish is to help others to do the same.
