Based on what are your company’s challenges at the moment, my role can differ from introducing you to Agile, Scrum or Lean management, reviewing existing practices or providing support to teams and management in everyday challenges in your Agile transformation journey. This will enable you to recognise and remove organisational impediments more effectively, strengthen the Lean and Agile mindset and continuous improvement to support the realisation of your business goals. 

Now and then, we need to learn something new to contribute to our personal and team performance, improve leadership and management, and contribute to the company’s growth and innovation. I provide Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Management 3.0 and Visual management training specifically designed to meet the client’s needs. It can be held online or in-person for individuals, groups or inhouse training for companies to suit your particular needs, place, and timing.

Coaching has the ability to transform great to the best through the process of self-development. It helps individuals and teams connect with their most substantial values and visions to use their potentials to achieve the best results and meet their goals. As a result, the client will achieve the goal set at the beginning of the coaching process or become aware of the steps needed to achieve it.
