This training is designed to provide highly usable tools for working with teams, conducting workshops or meetings, as well as increasing the involvement and satisfaction of all participants.
It was launched by the Scrum Alliance as a respond to growing needs for a fast reaction to constant changes. It is based on basic agile values and principles covering facilitation in various contexts and situations, from creating a new team to resolving team conflicts.
